The Holy Spirit manifests His presence as the 'Spirit
of Revelation', to uncover mysteries and information He wants to share with you
alone for a purpose. He revealed the truth to the apostles and prophets as they
wrote the Bible.
The Spirit of revelation also reveals to individuals, specific messages meant for them when they read the Bible, or listen to sermons/messages conveyed by other means. He can also manifest His presence through visions and dreams. When the Spirit of Revelation manifests Himself, you would have prior knowledge of events before they take place, including hidden details of matters that are of concern to you.

Note:
(1) The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Trinity. He is GOD.
(2) The Holy Spirit has emotions just like us, and can be
pleased, displeased, and grieved.
(3) You must be born-again (i.e accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour) for the
Holy Spirit to dwell in you.
(4) We grieve the Holy Spirit when we blaspheme (mock/speak against) Him. In my opinion, that includes denying that He is GOD. Jesus Christ said blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable (Matthew 12:31-32).
