All the good things we have and see around us are
God’s gifts. These include spiritual,
physical, material, intellectual, and all other gifts. We should never attribute possession of any
good thing to fellow human beings, or our efforts. If others are kind to us, it pleased the Lord to make it possible. Thank God for the lives of those who are kind to you. Thank Him always for all that you have, and remember to use them for His glory.
Note: It is only through Jesus Christ that you can enjoy good and perfect gifts from God the Father. Through Him, we become adopted children of the Father and heirs to a glorious inheritance. All things from the Father come through Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 8:6), and it is by Him that all things are held together (Colossians 1:17).
